You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@camouflageclicks.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process.
Refunds are available for items that are returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
